| Refund |
We value our relationship with you and want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. Thats why we offer a "Total Satisfaction" return policy for products that you, the end-user customer, purchase directly from Aichain. Under this policy, you may return to Aichain products that you purchased directly from Aichain for a credit or a refund of the purchase price.
However, please note that only CD package purchase can be refunded.
Prior approval is required to return a product. Please call Customer Service at +886-2-26552988 (during the office hours) or email to service@aichain.com (24 hours a day and 7 days a week). Have your account, invoice or order number, item number, and any applicable serial numbers available when you call.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
The item(s) must be in resalable condition and unused (i.e., unbroken disk seal, undamaged packaging, complete reference material).
Once you obtain an approval, securely pack the item(s) in an external carton. If available, include a copy of the packing list. Clearly mark the Order Number on the return label placed on the outside of the shipping carton. Return the package to:
